Due to continued growth, they are seeking ambitious Site Engineers to join their project delivery teams across Dublin. The Role As Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will be involved in setting out, quality control, coordination of site activities, technical problem solving and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Setting out and surveying works on site. Coordinating subcontractors and site activities. Monitoring construction quality and ensuring compliance with specifications. Reviewing drawings and technical documentation. Assisting with project planning and programme delivery. Conducting site inspections and maintaining accurate records. Supporting health and safety initiatives across the project. Liaising with design teams, consultants and project stakeholders. Identifying and resolving technical issues on site. Assisting with project reporting and progress tracking. About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline. 2+ years' experience in a Site Engineer role. Strong setting out experience. Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and site operations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proactive and solutions-focused approach. Full driving licence.
